Lisa Cullina B.Sc. (Hons) Podiatric Medicine, MChSI, MNRRI.
I trained in the National University of Ireland Galway as a podiatric healthcare professional who specialises in diagnosing and treating abnormal conditions of the lower limb and foot.
I specialise in nail surgery for removing painful ingrown or problematic toenails. I am also trained in podiatric acupuncture and biomechanics of the foot and ankle. Through these assessments I am able to advise on strengthening and stretching exercises as well as prescribe orthotics which help to realign your foot and body posture. Orthotics can also be helpful for foot pain, arch or heel pain (Plantar Fasciitis), Leg or knee pain (Shin Splints), Lower back pain, Bunions or toe deformities and reoccurring calluses or corns.
I am a qualified reflexologist for the last 10 years and work with my patients post-surgery to eliminate joint stiffness and promote healing. Reflexology also influences circulation during the recovery process following a foot injury or surgery.
