Skin Care
Looking after your feet for even the simplest irritation is very important to prevent it from getting worse over time and becoming more difficult to treat. This applies to skin and nail care also.
- Callus ~ Calluses are most effectively reduced (made smaller) with a surgical blade. We can use the blade to carefully shave away the thickened, dead skin. The procedure is painless because the skin is already dead.
- Corns ~ The treatment of a hard corn is virtually identical to that of a callus. A hard corn is caused by an overlaying callus, compressed into a hard centre, due to pressure on the foot. Once the callus part has been removed, the centre or “root” needs to be cut out. This is called “enucleation” of the root.
- Blisters ~ If you keep getting blisters on your feet and they are interfering with your normal activities, then it is time to see a podiatrist. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle problems, and can form a treatment plan for you.

- Anhydrosis (Dry skin)
- Hyperhydrosis (Very sweaty skin)
- Fatty pad dysplasia (reduction/displacement of the fat pad under the foot)

About US
- Lisa Cullina B.Sc. (Hons) Podiatric Medicine, MChSI, MNRRI.
I set up my own reflexology clinic after becoming qualified in classical reflexology in 2011. With a strong interest in the medical conditions of the feet, this led me to discover podiatry. I went back to collage as a mature student and I trained in the National University of Ireland Galway in Podiatric Medicine specialising in diagnosing and treating abnormal conditions of the lower limb and foot. With the combination of reflexology and podiatry, I can work with my patients post-surgery to eliminate joint stiffness and promote healing. Reflexology also influences circulation during the recovery process following a foot injury or surgery.

Eadaoin is simply the best, wouldn't go to anybody else 🙂
I am a crying-baby really scared of doctors/needles/unknown random doctors' instruments. I must say Lisa really did her absolute best to put me at ease.
I had a thousand questions about the treatment and she patiently answered them all without flinching.

Was recommended Lisa by a existing client. I was putting off a painfully nail issue for a while. Lisa put me at ease immediately and I found her to be very efficient and a knowledgeable practitioner in her area of expertise. Her attention to detail is exceptional and explained the importance of foot care which we are guilty of forgetting sometimes. Lisa used a pain free method to solve my issue over a short period of time. Highly recommend Lisa @ Footwise Podiatry & Reflexology.
Appreciate it.

Would recommend. I have been to see Lisa a few times throughout the last few years with niggly foot pain, i found her treatment and advise to be very beneficial and I have seen a big reduction in foot pain as a result of the treatments.
